• Account Credentials: When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address.
• Profile Information: You may choose to upload a profile photo, which is saved in our secure cloud storage.

B. Application & Inventory Data

• Kitchen & Food Tracking Data: To provide the core functionality of the App, we collect and store the names, quantities, units, purchase dates, and expiry dates of the food and inventory items you log, as well as your custom shopping lists.

C. Device and Usage Data

• Device Permissions: We request access to your device's Camera and Photo Library (optional) solely to enable you to upload a profile photo. We also request permission to send local push notifications for food expiry reminders.
• Analytics and Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics and crash logs to improve App performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, maintain, and authenticate your user account.
• Synchronize your food inventory and shopping lists across devices.
• Schedule and deliver push notifications for low stock and food expiry alerts.
• Improve App stability, features, and overall user experience.

3. Data Storage, Synchronization, and Security

• Offline-First Sync: Your application data is stored locally on your device so you can use the App offline.
• Cloud Synchronization: Data is securely synchronized with Google Firebase services using encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

We partner with third-party service providers to facilitate authentication, hosting, and analytics:

• Google Firebase – Authentication, database storage, cloud storage, and analytics.
• Apple – Sign in with Apple authentication on iOS devices.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data.

• Profile Updates: You can update your display name and email directly inside the App settings.
• Account and Data Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the App settings or by contacting us.

The App is not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
